Located off the Trans-Canadian Highway and adjacent to the Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park in Fraser Valley, this proposed commercial development will include two single-storey retail buildings with drive through facilities. The initial project will form part of the larger Popcum Commercial Village in future, which will include additional retail offering as well as a roadside hotel.

The building’s barn-like design draws on the farming based character of the local community, and is characterised by timber structures, high vaulted ceilings and expansive glazing. The buildings are also oriented towards the street, maximizing frontage and signage potential while screening the parking towards the rear.
