Guided by the owner’s vision, this unique two storey barn is characterised by an exposed steel grid structural system. With flexibility and adaptability in mind, the modular structure was designed to accommodate the day-to-day farm uses, as well as temporary and seasonal agro-tourism activities, including education and research with local universities to explore innovative models for sustainable farming.

The building includes outdoor growing structures for vines and fruit trees, as well as bee hives, including integrated solar PV panels and other sustainable energy sources.
