With access directly off Fraser Highway, the design brief for this new commercial building placed an emphasis on creating a strong visual statement while also meeting the functional requirements for an auto service and repair centre in the Langley area.

With approximately 8,400 sq ft of commercial floor area, including office space overlooking the double volume vehicle service area, the form of the building is largely defined by a monolithic sloping roof. With large extents of double volume glazing, natural light is used to make the building feel more spacious and less industrial in nature.
