Designed for the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation, Aspire Apartments was established to provide much needed rental housing for seniors, directly adjacent to the hospital. This age restricted apartment will host 150 residential units over 6 stories, with 1 level of underground parking, as well as ground floor retail and office space.

Characterized by a heavily treed site, the design provides an opportunity to preserve the natural environment through a slender L-shaped building that addresses the adjoining streets. The aesthetic of the building is both functional and economical, responding directly to the surrounding institutional and multi-family surrounding the site.
