Designed as the new headquarters for Pacific Pet, the building consists of eight industrial units covering more than 200,000 sq ft of warehouse space.

The loading docks, while tucked out of sight, offer optimal operational flow for each unit. The expansive concrete walls are broken up with vertical glazing elements, allowing natural light to fill the main warehouse spaces. The main entrance is defined by a series of angled columns supporting a curved roof, with varying angles offering a dynamic experience from every vantage point.
