Located in the City of Bellingham in Whatcom County, Washington, the project provided a unique opportunity to design a contemporary mixed-use building with retail and multi-family apartment units within the historic downtown area.

The 16 storey tall building included more than 3600 sq.ft. of commercial space, as well as 166 residential units ranging in size from studio and 1-bedroom units, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as 2 levels of penthouse apartments providing panoramic views over the bay.
