Situated opposite a popular community park in Surrey, this proposed seven-storey concrete and wood frame building was designed to accommodate 11,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at ground level, with residential apartments above, as well as two and a half levels of continuously sloped underground parking.

To maximize the developable floor area, only 2 hallways are used to access the 6-storeys of residential apartments, providing a range of double storey units with between 1- and 3-bedrooms. The units are stacked in a number of unique ways, creating a dynamic façade that also provides views of the surrounding parklands for all units, creating a vibrant new address for the area.
