Situated along the scenic eastern shoreline of Harrison Lake, the proposed development is envisaged to include a series of micro-communities each containing a unique architectural language based on the surrounding environment. Designed to take advantage of the surrounding views, the design is structured around a series of strong vistas and axes leading to a central round about and community green.

In addition to the 350 residential units on the site, the community will also include a modest commercial core and generous hotel adjoining a newly planned marina. To encourage interaction with the outdoors, a series of trails have been designed throughout the site and surrounding mountains that connect to a large waterfront boardwalk.
